📝 JOINING CRITERIA
Commission: Short Service Commission (SSC)
Age: Up to 28 years
Nationality: Male citizen of Pakistan
Marital Status: Married or Unmarried
Height Requirement: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm)
📚 Academic Qualification:
Must hold MA / MSc / BS (4 years) – Minimum 16 Years Education in one of the following disciplines:
📌 Computer Science
📌 Mathematics
📌 Geography / GIS / History
📌 Islamic Studies / Arabic
📌 Urdu
🚫 INELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
The following individuals are not eligible:
❌ Twice rejected by ISSB
❌ Thrice failed in Initial Intelligence/Academic Tests
❌ Appeared in ISSB within 120 days of previous attempt (unless waiver granted)
❌ Dismissed/removed/debarred from Government Service or Armed Forces
❌ Convicted by court for any heinous crime
❌ Permanently unfit by Appeal Medical Board (AMB)
❌ Declared unfit by military hospitals, unless cleared by AMB
❌ Hepatitis B or C positive (AMB not allowed)
❌ Withdrawn on disciplinary grounds from any Armed Forces institutions
❌ Resigned/Discharged/Purchased Commission from military academies
❌ Forged academic records or documents
❌ Positive drug test from CMH/Military Hospitals/AFIP
❌ Coaching center-trained candidates for ISSB will be disqualified

1. Intelligence Test:
Verbal: 84 questions – 30 minutes
Non-Verbal: 64 questions – 30 minutes
2. Academic Test (Subject-Based):
50 MCQs – 30 minutes
💪 Step 3: Physical Tests
Minimum physical standards:
🏃 Running: 1.6 Km in 9 minutes
🔄 Push-ups: 10 reps in 2 minutes
🌀 Crunches: 10 reps in 2 minutes
💪 Pull-ups: 2 reps in 2 minutes
🔸 Candidates with better physical performance will earn higher marks.

Detailed Medical Exam for ISSB-recommended candidates at CMH
Final Interview at GHQ Selection Board (Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, etc.)
Final Selection based on overall performance
