The Technical Cadet Course (TCC) is your gateway to becoming an Army Engineer with a Permanent Commission in the Pakistan Army. It is specifically designed for young, talented students with an engineering background who aspire to serve the nation not only as soldiers but as skilled professionals in the fields of civil, electrical, mechanical, software, and aeronautical engineering.
Through this program, candidates are admitted into Pakistan Army’s prestigious engineering colleges and receive a full 4-year engineering education followed by military training at PMA Kakul. After graduation, they are commissioned as officers in the Corps of Engineers, Signals, or EME (Electrical and Mechanical Engineers).

📚 Academic Requirements
Matric / O-Level (with English as a compulsory subject)
FSc (Pre-Engineering) or equivalent with minimum 65% marks
A-Level with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (Grades A–C)
Candidates with Computer Science instead of Chemistry can apply for engineering disciplines that accept it
Students awaiting FSc Part-II results can apply with a Hope Certificate of 65%, issued by their institution
Final result card must be submitted within 1 week of result declaration. Less than 65% marks or lower than Grade C = ineligibility
🚫 Ineligibility Conditions
The following candidates are not eligible:
Twice rejected by ISSB
Failed three times in initial academic/intelligence tests
Appeared again within 120 days of a previous ISSB attempt
Removed or dismissed from any government/armed forces service
Convicted by a court for any serious offense
Permanently unfit by Appeal Medical Board
Declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B or C
Withdrawn from any bonded military institutions or cadet colleges
Used forged/fake academic certificates
Failed a drug test at any military hospital (permanently blacklisted)
Trained at private ISSB coaching centers (strongly discouraged)
Note: ISSB values natural leadership traits and discourages private coaching.

Original + one set of attested copies of Matric, FSc, or equivalent certificates
CNIC or Form B (with Guardian’s CNIC if under 18)
3 passport-size colored photos (attested front and back)
“Not Recommended” letter from ISSB (for repeaters only)
Form ‘D’ issued by AS&RC, to be submitted within 5 working days
Old NICs will not be accepted
